This is the best AYCE sushi buffet in the dmv area. There is a very long wait and they don't take reservations so I highly suggest you come early. I came for lunch, and although it was nearly an hour wait it was WORTH IT!! The sushi variety was incredible!! There was so much to choose from! It was fresh and so delicious! Don't skip out on the sashimi salad! There's also an udon/shabu shabu bar, the typical cooked noodles dishes, seafood like seasoned crawfish, and galbi! It was so tender and charred to perfection. There was a huge line for the galbi and for pretty much everything! The staff were attentive and quick to refill popular items like galbi, sushi and crawfish. They also had really good calamari! I was surprised by it! Everything was so delicious wow! Also there is a coffee bar! Pro tip- put ice cream with coffee for an affogato! SO YUM! The ambience was good, lots of space, so many tables! I am surprised it is so popular!!

Sushi meh Everything else is good For a buffet to have sushi in its name, I'd expect it to be delicious with its $50+ dinner price. The sushi was fresh and there was a huge selection of it! If you're not a sushi person, the other food is just as good. They had short ribs, fish cakes, and other juicy meats. I'd definitely will come here again when I have money. The only real downside is the cafe machine, it's not worth even trying. The made to order crepes is the cherry on top for a palate cleanser.

The sashimi and sushi rolls were exceptionally delicious, and the small portions allowed for a delightful sampling experience. However, it's worth noting that the replenishment of the bar can take some time, which might test your patience during peak hours. For a buffet that only charges $15.99 for lunch, this is a great value buffet. Given the price, the quality of sushi offered here are decent, along with other limited selections of meats, vegetables and seafood, but tasty. Flavor or the foods are ok. Some of the popular items ran out fast like steamed muscles, kalbi, sweet and sour pork, etc. Service was efficient, and attentive. Seatings are fairly clean.
